These terms apply when you use makercraft.org or make a donation. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.

About this site
makercraft.org is operated by Maker Craft Inc., a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 86-2095997. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts to a charitable organization. No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation, which means the full amount is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We are not tax advisors; consult yours about your specific situation.
Donations are processed by Stripe, or by Chariot (DAFpay) for gifts from a donor-advised fund. Your gift is complete when the processor confirms it.
Errors and refunds
Because donations are gifts, they are generally not refundable. If you gave in error, gave a duplicate, or entered the wrong amount, contact us at damon@makercraft.org promptly and we will work with you in good faith to correct it.
Use of the site
You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, submit false information, or use its forms to send unsolicited or automated messages.
Content and trademarks
The MakerCraft name, logo, text, photographs, and design on this site belong to Maker Craft Inc. unless stated otherwise. You may share and quote our material with attribution. You may not use our name or logo to suggest an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
Forward-looking statements
This site describes programs, facilities, and expansion phases that are planned rather than completed. Descriptions of future shops, studios, locations, and outcomes are goals, not guarantees, and may change as the organization develops.
External links
We link to third-party sites and services, including our payment processors and the MakerCraft app. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maker Craft Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept it.
